Biopac Softly Braided Gingival Retraction Cord is very absorbent and therefore is ideal for use with chemical astring-ents to give good exposure of the gingival margin prior to crown preparation or impression taking. Biopac is made of 100% cotton that is softly braided, easily compressible and very absorbent. Biopac is available in three colour coded thicknesses of length 2.3 meters. Biopac Retraction Cord can be used in conjunction with a buffered aluminium chloride solution.
